- License Key: Used for extension activation and validation
- Store/Location: Used for team organization and shared inventory access
1.2 Listing Data
- Inventory Data: Vehicle information (titles, prices, specifications, photos) from dealer websites - used to auto-fill Facebook Marketplace listing forms
- Listing Matches: Associations between your inventory items and Facebook Marketplace listings
- Button Statuses: Tracking which items have been posted, need price updates, or are sold
Important: We do not collect or store any personal information from Facebook users, buyers, or third parties. The extension only processes your own inventory and listing data.
2. How We Use This Information
- Posting Automation: To auto-fill Facebook Marketplace listing forms with your vehicle data
- Price Synchronization: To detect and help you update price mismatches between your inventory and Facebook listings
- Cloud Sync: To synchronize your listing data across multiple computers and team members
- License Validation: To verify your license key is active

Most extension data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

3.2 Cloud Storage
When cloud sync is enabled, listing data is transmitted to our secure servers to enable cross-device and team synchronization:
- Confirmed listing matches
- Facebook listing data (titles, prices, URLs)
- Button statuses

We implement appropriate security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and secure password hashing.
4. Third-Party Services
The extension interacts with:
- Facebook/Meta: For posting to Facebook Marketplace (subject to Facebook's Privacy Policy)
- Dealer Inventory Websites: For reading vehicle information (only accessed with your action)
